By downloading, accessing, or using the WhatTheFridge AI mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhatTheFridge AI provides artificial intelligence-powered food scanning, pantry inventory management, recipe generation, supermarket price comparisons, and nutrition tracking. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a WhatTheFridge Pro subscription or credit pack purchases. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or App Store billing and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

• 7-Day Free Trial: Free trial eligibility is determined by Google Play / App Store policies. Unused trial periods are forfeited upon purchase.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device account settings.

4. User Responsibilities & Dietary Safety

AI-generated recipes and nutritional insights are provided for informational purposes only. While our AI algorithms strive for high precision, users are responsible for verifying ingredient safety, allergen information, and food expiration before preparation or consumption.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visual designs, code, and trade secrets of WhatTheFridge AI are the exclusive property of Unrivaled Holdings. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
